William J. Flynn, III is a member of the Board of Directors and the Practice Leader of the International Practice Group. His practice includes a large immigration practice representing foreign nationals and U.S. corporations that employ foreign nationals. He represents clients before the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Department of Labor and U.S. Department of State. Mr. Flynn is Board Certified by The Florida Bar in Immigration and Nationality Law. Mr. Flynn is AV peer review rated by Martindale-Hubbell. He serves as Adjunct Professor of Immigration Law at the Stetson University College of Law.
Jim Humphrey is a shareholder in the Governmental and Land Use Practice. His practice is primarily in the area of government, administrative, real estate, and land use law. He is counsel to the Lee Memorial Health System Board of Directors, a public body, the Lee County and Charlotte County Industrial Development Authorities and the Town Council of the Town of Fort Myers Beach. He also serves as Trustee of Hodges University. Mr. Humphrey served as Mayor of Fort Myers from 2000-through November 2009. He is AV Preeminent Rated peer review rated by LexisNexis Martindale-Hubbell. His long career includes service as the full-time Lee County Attorney, and as a City Judge in Fort Myers. A U.S. Army veteran, Jim Humphrey served as captain in the Judge Advocate General Corps (JAG).
