Kacy C. Donlon is a commercial litigator with a focus on the areas of securities and financial services. She handles a variety of cases in state and federal courts and before various arbitration tribunals (FINRA, AAA). Her arbitration cases primarily deal with (1) customer disputes with broker-dealers or (2) employment disputes between employees and their broker-dealers. Kacy also represents a number of insurance clients, both individuals and companies, in state and federal court related to business torts or contractual claims.
