Gianluca Morello practices in the areas of securities litigation and regulatory matters, antitrust litigation and counseling, financial services litigation, and other commercial litigation.  Significant experience defending claims involving payment card practices, including federal antitrust class claims challenging practices involving currency conversion fees, interchange fees, “no-surcharge” policies, and offline debit cards; federal antitrust claims challenging practices involving an aviation fuel card; and state unfair and deceptive practices class claims challenging practices involving currency conversion fees.
