Mr. Moyer concentrates his practice in the areas of construction law, commercial litigation, products liability, and general negligence matters. Currently, his practice is dedicated almost exclusively to the representation of large general contractors, developers, owners, architects, and engineers.
Mr. Moyer's past experience includes the representation of large contractors and subcontractors in breach of contract and negligence claims involving large hotels, condominiums and multi-family apartment complexes. In addition to construction cases, Mr. Moyer's experience includes the representation of a Fortune 300 Company in a personal injury lawsuit that involved a massive carbon dioxide spill.
Mr. Moyer is a member of the Firm's Construction and Real Estate industry team which has substantial experience in full representation of owners, architects, engineers and general contractors. Those cooperative efforts extend from the pre-construction phase through project completion, and include participation in arbitrations, mediations and litigation where necessary.
