• Served as underwriter’s counsel for nearly $1 billion of financings for the Pittsburgh International Airport Midfield Terminal Project, financings of the Florida Housing Finance Corporation and numerous healthcare financings, including financings of the Orange County Health Facilities Authority
• Served as P3 (Public Private Partnership) counsel to the Tampa-Hillsborough County Expressway Authority
