Jason Liu’s practice is concentrated in transactional business law, with an emphasis on corporate transactions and taxation.  He advises clients on various business-related matters including structuring mergers, acquisitions, sales, partnerships, and federal, state and international tax.  Jason has experience and a particular interest in working with aspiring or seasoned entrepreneurs in their start-up or serial business ventures of all stages.
