Douglas J. Helling represents brokerage firms and financial institutions and their associated persons in arbitrations, litigation in state and federal courts, and in investigations and proceedings before state and federal regulatory agencies and self-regulatory organizations.

Mr. Helling also advises manufacturers and suppliers of pharmaceuticals, devices, and foods on the Food, Drug, & Cosmetic Act and how to effectively operate within the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations.  Mr. Helling has experience with new drug applications (NDA), biologic license applications (BLA), current good manufacturing practices (cGMP), and regulations governing labeling, advertising, and marketing of drugs, devices, and foods making health claims.  Douglas also represents corporations, organizations, and individuals in white collar crime matters, especially in health care fraud and Medicare Part D enforcement actions.
