Steven W. Marcus represents clients in multiple areas of business and commercial litigation, including large and small corporations in various industries, developers, financial institutions and property owners. Mr. Marcus also defends consumer claims, including those arising under the Truth in Lending Act, Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
