Richard Johnston Jr. has joined our Fort Myers office as a shareholder in the Business, Banking and Insolvency Practice Group. Mr. Johnston specializes in the areas of bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, commercial litigation and commercial landlord/tenant litigation. Mr. Johnston has taught law courses at Edison Community College and at Florida Gulf Coast University.
