Fowler White Boggs governs itself through a Board of Directors elected by the Firm's shareholders. In addition, the Firm's communities of practice are organized into departments led by a department chair. Each practice is, in turn, administered by a practice group leader who provides for training, recruitment, administrative oversight and financial management of that particular practice.
The Firm also has a number of industry and client teams organized to serve specific interests of groups of clients within an industry, or specific client needs. These teams are led by lawyers focused on serving those industries and the needs and interests of specific clients.
