Kenneth L. Bednar is an experienced trial attorney who concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate and banking litigation, complex commercial litigation, construction litigation, corporate shareholder and partnership disputes, employment law, and hospitality related litigation. Mr. Bednar handles matters involving litigation of complex real estate and title insurance claims. Mr. Bednar has extensive trial experience in all state and federal courts and has been previously named one of Florida’s Legal Elite commercial litigators by Florida Trend. He is an active member of the Florida Restaurant Lodging & Association and actively represents restaurants, hotels, resorts and affiliated businesses in the hospitality industry.
